Mini Fragment Locking System

Vadin’s Mini Fragment Locking System is a comprehensive and advanced solution for the treatment of the vast majority of bone fractures and reconstruction of the foot and ankle. The system is comprised by three 2mm plates and four 2.4 mm plates and the corresponding screws.

The system is available in a series of plates and screws manufactured by Pure Titanium (ISO 5832-2) and Titanium Alloy (ISO 5832-3), respectively, and another series manufactured by Stainless Steel (ISO 5832-1).

2.0 LCP Plates

  • Available in 5 sizes (4-8 holes, 31-59 mm long)
  • Designed to reduce the contact between the plate and the bone as to have minimum impact on the proper blood supply of the fractured region
  • Indicated for treatment of diaphyseal non-comminuted (spiral, oblique or transverse) and diaphysis wedge ( spiral or bending) fractures of bothhand and foot phalanges

2.0 LCP Y - Condylar Plate

  • 7 holes along the shaft, 2 holes at the head and 54 mm long
  • Designed to reduce the contact between the plate and the bone as to have minimum impact on the proper blood supply of the fractured region
  • Indicated for treatment of proximal and distal extra- or partial-, or complete- articular fractures of both hand and foot phalanges

  • 7 holes along the shaft, 3 holes at the head and 54 mm long
  • Designed to reduce the contact between the plate and the bone as to have minimum impact on the proper blood supply of the fractured region
